仪器(qi)室气体压力管道(dao)施工集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)供气系统(tong)(tong)(tong)作(zuo)(zuo)为气体储存、调压、输送及供应具有以(yi)下几(ji)个优(you)点:一是(shi)(shi)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)供气系统(tong)(tong)(tong)将(jiang)(jiang)气源(钢瓶)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)在气瓶储存间,采(cai)用(yong)管路系统(tong)(tong)(tong)将(jiang)(jiang)气送到所需的工作(zuo)(zuo)地(di)(di)点,再(zai)将(jiang)(jiang)供气终(zhong)端(duan)进行(xing)分流。因(yin)此(ci)(ci)工作(zuo)(zuo)地(di)(di)点看不到气瓶,显得规(gui)范、整洁。二是(shi)(shi)结构(gou)紧凑、安装方便、操作(zuo)(zuo)简(jian)单;三是(shi)(shi)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)供气系统(tong)(tong)(tong)更(geng)容易进行(xing)监控(kong)。因(yin)此(ci)(ci)采(cai)用(yong)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)供气系统(tong)(tong)(tong)进行(xing)供气更(geng)安全、更(geng)规(gui)范、更(geng)可靠。
仪器室气体压力管道施工集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)作(zuo)为气(qi)(qi)体储存、调压、输送(song)及(ji)供(gong)(gong)应具有以下几个优点(dian):一是集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)将气(qi)(qi)源(钢瓶)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)在气(qi)(qi)瓶储存间,采用(yong)管路系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)将气(qi)(qi)送(song)到(dao)所需的工作(zuo)地点(dian),再将供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)终端进(jin)行(xing)分流。因此工作(zuo)地点(dian)看不到(dao)气(qi)(qi)瓶,显得规(gui)范(fan)、整洁。二(er)是结构紧凑、安(an)装方便、操(cao)作(zuo)简单;三(san)是集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)更(geng)(geng)容易进(jin)行(xing)监控。因此采用(yong)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)进(jin)行(xing)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)更(geng)(geng)安(an)全、更(geng)(geng)规(gui)范(fan)、更(geng)(geng)可靠。科(ke)望(wang)达主(zhu)要提供(gong)(gong)氧气(qi)(qi)、氢气(qi)(qi)、氦气(qi)(qi)、氮气(qi)(qi)、乙炔、压缩空气(qi)(qi)等气(qi)(qi)体的集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)设计及(ji)管路系(xi)(xi)统(tong)(tong)(tong)安(an)装。
一、仪器室气体压力管道施工技术要求
1、气瓶间
①气瓶间应采用300mm以上钢筋混(hun)凝(ning)土防爆墙,遮阳防晒,并安装(zhuang)防爆门,泄露窗(chuang)。
②室内(nei)地面应有(you)防火花(hua)、防静(jing)电(dian)措施(shi);室内(nei)电(dian)气设(she)备应具备防爆功能。
③通风良好,室内应(ying)安(an)装排气扇。
④可燃气体钢瓶(氢(qing)气、乙炔(gui))与助(zhu)燃气体(氧气)应隔开放置(zhi)。
⑤气(qi)瓶间要设置报警系(xi)统
2、工作间
①所有管(guan)道要统筹规划(hua)、集中布置、方便(bian)安装(zhuang)、便(bian)于(yu)操作、检修方便(bian)。
②所有工(gong)艺管道要设(she)置(zhi)切断阀(fa),并根据需要设(she)置(zhi)压力表(biao)、温(wen)度计(ji)、流(liu)量计(ji)、过滤器(qi)和减压阀(fa),阀(fa)门和仪表(biao)要设(she)置(zhi)在便于观察(cha)和检修的地方。
③可燃气体管道要沿(yan)墙明线铺设(she),方便(bian)安装和(he)检修。
④使用钢瓶气(qi)管道的设备(bei)台应(ying)离墙布置,且留(liu)出(chu)不小于600mm的检(jian)修空间。
⑤氢气管道应采用焊接连接,不能采用螺纹连接和(he)使用闸阀。
⑥供气系统采用二(er)级减压(ya)方式进行(xing)供气,气体(ti)由15Mpa减到1.5Mpa后再输入到各实验室。
二、用材
1、管(guan)道、球阀(fa)、三通(tong)和卡套均(jun)采用316L不锈钢(gang),高压软(ruan)管(guan)为不锈钢(gang)波(bo)纹管(guan),在(zai)高压软(ruan)管(guan)的(de)(de)进(jin)气(qi)(qi)端配置(zhi)单向阀(fa),防(fang)止(zhi)更(geng)换气(qi)(qi)瓶时,软(ruan)管(guan)内的(de)(de)气(qi)(qi)体外泄(xie),又可防(fang)止(zhi)外界的(de)(de)空气(qi)(qi)混(hun)入(ru)气(qi)(qi)路中,影响(xiang)气(qi)(qi)体纯度(du)。
2、管(guan)道系(xi)统:所有气体管(guan)道均(jun)采用(yong)B*别316L不锈钢管(guan),在管(guan)路上有过滤杂(za)质和(he)水分(fen)的装置。
3、管道的连(lian)接:汇排流(liu)、终端均采用(yong)卡套连(lian)接,便于减压(ya)器和阀门的维护(hu)管理。
4、终(zhong)端(duan):在每(mei)(mei)台仪(yi)器之前,配(pei)置截(jie)止阀(fa)和二级减压器,截(jie)止阀(fa)控制每(mei)(mei)个气路的开启和关闭,减压器用于显示和调整每(mei)(mei)个终(zhong)端(duan)的压力。
5、气体管道每间隔(ge)1.5米采用管码(ma)支(zhi)架固(gu)定。
6、整个气路安装完毕后,对整个系统(tong)做压力测(ce)试,压力24小(xiao)时后无下降(jiang)视为合格。
